Penny, my date take on the gown would be late 50's early 60's.? Someone has
already identified the sleeve as typical traditional Phillipines style.? It is
a style that shows up even today for formal ethnic wear.? The beading pattern
is also right for this period.? In my past Collection, there was a pinapple
silk gown from the 1890's of which this sleeve was quite evident even then,?
The separate skirt was the umbrella shape we find at the turn of the 20th C.

You should be able to zoom into the photos.
More about the gown...the waistline is at normal or slightly above normal
position. The skirt is A-line and full length. Because it is not on a
dressform and fully dressed out with undergarments, you do not get the full
breath of the skirt. In the photos the skirt hangs straight down because of
the beads' weight. There appears to be a newer zipper that has been added
at a later date.
