I know nothing bout Japanese clothing customs, but a friend told me they will not wear the clothing of a deceased person. Anyone know if this is true? I'm just curious, because if true, what happens to those wonderfully decorated garments? Or is it they just will not wear/reuse the clothing a person was wearing when he/she died? Sharon C.
