Hi all, Forgive me if this post is off-topic, but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good company that does textile restoration. I was recently given a family wedding dress from 1945. Until it came to me, it was crunched in the back of a closet in a chainsmoker's home. The fabric (rayon, I'm guessing) is severely wrinkled and yellowed. So, I'm hoping to find a company that can clean it, press it, and provide me with proper storage instructions and materials. Bonus points if they're in the DC area!
