May I suggest finding an Asian hairdresser who is used to dealing with Asian brides? When I got married I had my hair done at the Luxor hotel in Los Vegas, and the woman was very used to working with Asian long hair (mine was waist length). She knew exactly how to put most of it up, and then do very pretty curls with the ends. Took a ton of bobby pins and nearly an hour of hard work, but the final effect was gorgeous for my otherwise simple wedding day.
