Don't hesitate to do this; it is the best deal ever -- I sent in a 20-year-old pair of 10" dressmaker's shears that had really been through the wars. I got them back perfectly sharpened, no burrs or catches and completely refurbished. I think I got them back in about four weeks. They are again my favorite shears; the best $7.50 I ever spent! Now to get the tailor's points sent in someday soon...and the pinkers...and...
