It is possible, but not what they have listed in their rules. They want a decade or two, and even in the q&a mention that historical or futuristic is fine (not in so many words, but among their answers to other folks' queries. They don't even have limits on what patterns are used. I figure it is worth a little bit of my time to try it and see what happens.
