A friend just pointed out that Sears is now carrying (via their website, not sure about stores) a Funtasma line of shoes that are "Renaissance." Might be useful for some. Just search "Funtasma renaissance" or just "Funtasma." There are a few other "period" styles too, such as Roman and colonial. Even pirate, for those who favor that theme.
