Yes-- art for a stand, not for a head :) I actually liked the blue
outfit, but it wasn't as flattering to the girl as the pink (excuse
me, taupe) was to her sister. I agree, though, she did look washed out
despite the elegant style of the outfit.

I really liked the pink dress's yoke, spagetti straps woven from
collar to
shoulder point, very 1940s. I didn't like her hat - for a hat - but
I liked
it as a piece of art to sit on a stand. Maybe if it hadn't been
raked so
severely it might have looked better. I think that the UK has been
under the
thumb of Phillip Treacy for far too long. It was he who designed the
sisters' hats and Camilla's hat plus several of the others at the
wedding.
