It seems I have found the way to eliminate the issue (at least I can not reproduce the error):
1. close all connections, 2. open new connection, execute CHECKPOINT SYNC, close the connection. 2. open new connection, execute BACKUP TO OTOH, this cure is experimental only - I have not found this info in doc, and I don't know H2 code base to unserstand/prove above sequence.
