I have no problem if you create a special project for the LZF tool.
Apache license if fine with me.

I only want to include the fastest implementation in the h2*.jar file.
The other implementations could live in the src/tools folder, so they
are included in the H2 download, and can be unit-tested, but they are
not part of the h2*.jar file.

Or create a new project. Both is fine with me.
