Not sure if it's this, but why do you have three slashes before your
file path? Shouldn't it be just like so:
DriverManager.getConnection ("jdbc:h2:file:C:/PECImageSearchDB/
PECImageSearchDB;TRACE_LEVEL_FILE=0;TRACE_LEVEL_SYSTEM_OUT=0");
