Hi, In version 1.2.134, there is a new experimental LOB storage mechanism. To use it, set the system property "h2.lobInDatabase" to "true". Please do not use it in version 1.2.133 however. Could you try if the problem is solved if you use this option? I don't suggest to use it for production, but it might work. See also: http://www.h2database.com/html/changelog.html
Maybe the problem is caused by Apache Lucene however. In this case I'm afraid there is little I can do. Did you try to use the 'native' fulltext index?
