Hi, I don't know what could be the problem. Possibly "localhost" is not configured correctly (I think it's in the hosts file, not sure)? If that's not the problem, I guess you need to use some Unix command line tools to find out what the problem is...
-webAllowOthers: If you use localhost, then you don't need to enable it. By the way the value "true" after "-webAllowOthers" is no longer required (it is implicit).
