Hello, I'm part of a group of graduate students at the University of Illinois and we've been tasked, as part of a course on databases, to add novel or interesting functionality to an open source database. Details here: https://agora.cs.illinois.edu/display/cs411sp11/Project+Track+2
I've used H2 in the past and found it very good and so I'd love to be able to commit something back to the community. Does anyone have any suggestions for things that you'd like to see tried out? Anything wacky that you haven't had time to experiment with? I had a look at the roadmap on the website but it's a little overwhelming. Any comments would be much appreciated.
