Thanks for your attention to this topic. First, why I requested git repo? Simply, because I can create H2's git- repo somewhere. But it is not fair. Cause, I didn't write it. So, I asked H2 developers team to do this - make official git repo.
Second, you may know that such web-sites, like github called "Social networks for developers". They are useful for distributed team development. Third, why I like git.
