Hi, Currently, the compatibility mode doesn't affect how the data is stored. If the compatibility mode would affect how nulls are sorted by default, then new indexes would also sort in this way, which would mean a database generated using the PostgreSQL mode would be different from a database created in another mode. This is problematic.
