Greetings! I am trying to import a large (~300 gig) file into an H2 database. The file is in tab-delimited CSV format. The code I am using has been tested and works on smaller (~5 GB) segments sliced from the same data. I received this error when about 30 gig of data had been read (judging from the size of the temp file in the H2 directory):
"java.io.IOException: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" Splitting the file is possible, but sub-optimal. I have given the JVM 4 gig of RAM. We're using Windows Serve 2003 on a system with 30 GB RAM, so I can give it more if needed.
