Hi, There was a bug that was fixed in version 1.3.158 (2011-07-17): "Fulltext search (native): after re-opening the connection once the fulltext index was created, a transaction rollback did not roll back the modifications in the index." Could it be this problem? Please try with version 1.3.158. If this isn't the problem, then I'm afraid I don't know. Depending on what version of H2 you use, it might have been fixed (see the change log). If not, I would need a reproducible test case.
