Hi

With MySQL we sometimes use temp tables to break up a complex query,
especially when large subquery results are involved. For performance
reasons, these temp tables need to have indices, but we don't want the
running transaction to be committed.
I'd also appreciate transaction save index creation to be implented on
temp tables in H2. MYSQL compatibility mode is not really an option
since we don't like other features included therein.

Regards
Remo
