I'm not sure if this will help with what you are doing but you might want to have a look at GeoDB & Hatbox. They provide some spatial indexing functionality.

You are right. I didn't took it into account. I focused my mind to
many other things but this...

I think, you don't have to read the rest of my previous post.

SELECT on the spatial data takes most of the query time.

I'll try to solve it in different way...time will show.
