Hi, I'm trying to migrate data from an access database to a h2 database.
Up to know I created a in memory database and linked the access source table and the destination h2 table. With this both linked tables I'm able to copy the data with an "insert into select from" statement from one database to another. In the first place everything works pretty good. It's fast and I have no memory problems. Unfornately the source table has an CP1252 encoding an the h2 destination table is utf-8. For this reason I'm loosing some special character like ä,ü ... Does someone has any idea how to solve this problem ? I did not find any parameter to define a character set while creating the linked table.
