Hi, Could you tell me which JVM you are using? Is it the Oracle one? I tried with OpenJDK (two different JVMs) and it was very slow. But with the Oracle JVM it should be OK. See also:

With flash memory / solid state disks there is still a lot of room for improvement by using the new MVStore (work in progress).
