Something is dodgy in your network. As to what exactly, that's harder to
tell.
You'll have do the usual network debugging routine of isolating various
parts and testing.
Remember that the network path includes the physical hardware, like
routers, switches, cables, network cards, as well as software components
like the network card driver.
I'd probably start by re-installing the driver (on both ends).
