At the moment I am using the following:
    INSERT INTO types
    (typeID, description, typeGroupID)
    VALUES
    (RANDOM_UUID(), 'Evaluate',         (SELECT typeGroupID FROM
typeGroups WHERE description = 'Stay on Track')),
    (RANDOM_UUID(), 'Templates',        (SELECT typeGroupID FROM
typeGroups WHERE description = 'Stay on Track')),
    (RANDOM_UUID(), 'Short Term', (SELECT typeGroupID FROM
typeGroups WHERE description = 'Stay on Track')),
    (RANDOM_UUID(), 'Middle Long Term', (SELECT typeGroupID FROM
typeGroups WHERE description = 'Stay on Track')),
    (RANDOM_UUID(), 'Long Term', (SELECT typeGroupID FROM
typeGroups WHERE description = 'Stay on Track'))
    ;

Is there a better way to do this? Now when Stay on Track is changed,
the change has to be updated in all records.
