Strange, the file http://hsql.sourceforge.net/m2-repo/com/h2database/h2/1.3.173/h2-1.3.173.jaris missing, I will check that. After that, it usually takes a few hours until the files are synchronized with Maven Central. There is an alternative however: http://h2database.com/m2-repo/com/h2database/h2/1.3.173/h2-1.3.173.jar (not sure how to configure Maven to use it however). By the way, usually you should use a different subject, but in this case it's OK as it's related to the release.
