Hm, it sounds like the documentation should be improved. Where would you expect to find it documented? It is documented here: http://www.h2database.com/javadoc/org/h2/tools/Server.html#main_String... and indirectly here: http://www.h2database.com/html/tutorial.html#using_server - if you run "java -cp h2*.jar org.h2.tools.Server -?"
