Default a database is created when it exist. This can be overruled with
;IFEXISTS=TRUE.
When you start the server with -ifExists the database is not created. But
as far as I know, this can not be overruled. I tried:
conn =
DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:h2:tcp://localhost/~/databases/testing;CREATE=TRUE",
"sa", "")
Is there a way to have the database not automatically created if it not
exists, but still the possibility to create it?
