(a) run TestAll before and after your patch and verify that you have not introduced any new errors. In this case I had
to modify another unit-test.
(b) provide an entry in the changelog.html file.

DataBaseMetaData#getProcedureColumns specify that *ORDINAL_POSITION* at 0 mean
return value of procedure. PostGreSQL
