I tried, and H2 compressed into a 10% size ( 26MB file size to 2.4MB file size). I created only one table and estimate the compression rate. Is this correct way ? Do I have to use file size ? And another question. On the other database, I also create only one table that has 1500-columns (4byte REAL). Then, I inserted 4000 records. The database file size to be 23,704 KB. That make sense because, 4byte * 1500col * 4000row = 23,437 KB. Very close. But DISK_SPACE_USED answer is 8,334 KB (8534016). Too different. Please teach me correct way to use this function. By the way, I love H2 Database. Useful, comfortable, Powerful and so on. Thank you very much.
