OK, that error message is inaccurate. The actual condition appears to be:
"autoServerMode && (readOnly || fileLockMethod == NO || fileLockMethod == SERIALIZED
|| fileLockMethod == FS || inMemory)"
But I can't see why you would be ending up file locking set to something other than FILE (the default). I've tried your
URL in my own environment and it seems to be working for me.
