Unfortunately the MVStore engine still has a couple of rough edges. I think it's getting pretty reliable now, but there might still be some edge cases.
If you want better reliability I would advise sticking with the older PageStore engine for now - just add "MV_STORE=false" to your DB URL to select the PageStore engine.
