Another thing; if i try updating or deleting a record on such table (but 
not the one in the example), i get:

Timeout trying to lock table.
Caused by: org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: Row not found when trying to 
delete from index "PUBLIC.PUBLIC_DUMMY_SPATIAL_INDEX:
