We're trying to embed H2 into an environment that uses a SecurityManger
that we don't have much control over. When attempting to start the PG
server for ODBC access, we're getting the following error:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied
("java.io.FilePermission" "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile" "read")

My first question is, why do we need access to that folder?
And the second, of course, is there a way around this?
