I'm using 1.4.192, it is "cacheChunkRef". In my servers, I have multiple 
DBs using MVStore, and consistently the cacheChunkRef grows much bigger 
than the limit

no - the problem is that the thing grows beyond the limit

right that should be trivial. It would also be necessary to check why the 
cache grows and does not respect the limit.
