Presumably Squirrel-sql is sending "GRANT SELECT ON SCHEMA XXXX TO USERX" to H2, which is now an error because you've renamed XXXX to YYYY, but not told Squirrel-sql about it.
That's not H2's problem -- you need to reconfigure Squirrel-sql somehow. (I can't help.
