Hi, I'm quite new to H2 and have an application perspective question.
Long story short: I have to store text and image resources and I use H2 for that. I have 1 table called "Resources" (took me ages to decide on the name ;) ) where I expect to store a few hundred millions items within a few years. Question is simple: is it ok to store "a few hundred millions items" in a single table or should I decide on a table creation strategy to maintain proper performances with H2?
