Hi, I am interested in the MVStore KeyValue store API. It is not clear to me how indexes work for this. Are the indexes implicitly created on each key for fast lookup?
I get the impression that the key are stored in a set of pages, and likely those pages will be accessed more frequently, and thus will likely be in memory - and thus it essentially has implicit indexes of a sort?
