I tried an example from the h2 docs and got the same error:
CREATE ALIAS NEXT_PRIME AS $$
String nextPrime(String value) {
return new BigInteger(value).nextProbablePrime().toString();
}
$$;
I am starting H2 with gradle, here is the process:
/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64/bin/java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
-Duser.country=US -Duser.language=en -Duser.variant -cp <huge classpath>
org.h2.tools.Server -web -tcp
