You are running against the grain here :-)
Rather create a temporary table from the script command output, and use
CSVWRITE on the temporary table.
Than can just prefix your SQL command with
CREATE LOCAL TEMPORARY TABLE MY_TEMP AS
and then
CSVWRITE(filename, 'SELECT * FROM MY_TEMP')
