I found a problem (both in h2-1.4.197 or h2-1.4.196): SQL1 and SQL2 should be the same result, but SQL1 make CPU 100% and seems blocked forever. while SQL1 runs OK. The database size is about 100MB and memory for H2 is 4GB, both Table A and B has about 20,000+ records.
My question is : "Is this a common problem for most Databases or just on H2? Does H2 miss some optimization?" SQL1 select a.* from a , b where a.text=? and b.text=? and b.key=a.fkey SQL2 select * from a where a.text=? and a.fkey in (select b.key from b where b.text=?)
