As for current master, both 'PreparedStatement.setBytes(..., ...)' and 
'PreparedStatement.setBinaryStream(..., ...)' fail with 'Value too long for 
column "BINARY VARYING"' exception. This happens regardless of whether the 
column is declared as VARBINARY or BLOB.
