Hello, thanks for the new release. I know, backups are always recommended, but is it required to backup *and restore* the databases when migrating from 2.3.x to 2.4.x? (I know, this step was definitively required from 1.4 to 2.0 and maybe also - but here I'm unsure - from 2.2 to 2.3)
