Yeah we still need it, since it is used by non-opensolaris release to do
package checking, and is refered in "is_executable ${PKGINFO}".

SUNWcs is already in depend_auto, so I removed it from depend_static.

I think at some point Thorsten mentioned to keep both depend_auto and
