After RG_SLM_type is set to "automated", the RG also
has to be restarted in order to get correct telemetry
data.

Basically, restarting RG will assign RG/RS related
processes to a Solaris Project. The Project name is started
with  "SCSLM_". You can use "clrg show -v" to find the
value of RG_SLM_projectname property.
