Hi Steve et al, can I propose that the umbrella project for RGM is not coupled to "just" the CLARC purpose?
The umbrella projects we have so far cover all activities for the project area (here RGM). One aspect is to publish and keep the open CLARC material for RGM. But it could also refer to current and past bugfixes being worked on, pointing to the CR and webrev, can contain preliminary code, files useful to develop any specific RFE or feature enhancement to RGM (should those arise) etc. My point is that we should not have projects just specialized for CLARC - instead it is specialized to the working area (here RGM, I guess others will follow). I would also suggest to spell out RGM in the Project synopsis.
