It's the idea of the "simplest" name, 'ha-cluster.' Other names are more 
specific: ha-cluster-full (which gets you framework + data services), 
ha-cluster-framework-minimal (...,) ..., etc. So if you use the most 
general name (could be thought of as 'default' name since nothing 
specific is specified, you get the 'default' version.

Not sure how we will describe this in docs.
