Open HA Cluster is a dual licensed product.  Open HA Cluster 2009.06
is available at pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/ha-cluster under Sun's Software 
License
Agreement and Open HA Cluster source code is available at opensolaris.org
under CDDL.
