Junaid, 256MB of RAM is probably going to be too small. My personal opinion is that you need about 1GB of RAM to run a sensible cluster - 512MB is installable, but that's about all.
You might be better off finding a powerful PC with say 2GB of RAM and running VirtualBox, installing Solaris Express Developer Edition (SXDE) and Solaris Cluster Express (SCX) in that. There are blogs written on just this combination if you look around. Note - you *cannot* run Solaris Cluster, SCX or OHAC on OpenSolaris yet.
