Hi, Sorry, I can't make me understood. Based on my understanding , HA's CMM and Cluster Transport are in Sun solaris. I am a really new man in sun cluster.
We want to use the sun opensolaris in our computer, and We hope we can get high availability by opensolaris. We are not only interested in a single application,also we need know how HA work and how sun cluster can improve the system's HA. that means perhaps our main work will be done in layer above RGM,yet we still need to know how the cluster works together with OS. if there are new application need to be supported , we can make it well done quickly based on the knowledge about the OS system. The improvement of OS is another topic, I think that the sun open her codes,if there are no documentation in detail to help others to understand them, it will not be so attracted,because many people can access well known and well documented linux. it is only additional topic,we can forget about this .
