Hi Anatoly et al,

at least I am not aware how to account the whole zone as an entity into 
the telemetry data. For sure it is not implemented.

What might work is if you configure a resource group to run within zones 
directly (ie. the Nodelist is then like node-a:zone-a,node-b:zone-b), 
then the resources running within that zone should get accounted. But 
note that I did not try this myself.
